3. Registration & Payment

• Sign up via our contact form or by email.
• All prices are listed in CHF, VAT included.
• Payments accepted via bank transfer or online following confirmation.

4. Refund Conditions

Cancel up to 48 hours before your session for a full refund.

• Cancel up to 24 hours before for a 50% refund or free rescheduling.
• Less than 24 hours' notice: no refund, but you may reschedule once at no cost.
• Online material: non-refundable after access, unless technical errors occur.
